Every saved search is re-run every hour on a fixed schedule, and you get an email when something new matches.
Each listing is compared against similar ones. Twenty percent or more below the average gets flagged as a hot deal, ten to twenty percent below as a good price. It needs at least five comparable listings before it scores anything.
Listings under fifteen minutes old are marked hot, under an hour fresh, under a day new. Useful when the good stuff goes fast.
